Delivery and order tracking
Where do you deliver?
We deliver everywhere in Europe (excluding DOM-TOM), Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand with free delivery!
Are there any shipping costs?
We are pleased to offer shipping costs to all destinations where we ship!
What are the delivery times?
The estimated delivery times are 5 to 14 working days. The deadlines vary according to the place of delivery, the period and the request. They can take up to 20 working days (exceptional case). Our customers are generally delivered within 10 days.
Delivery times begin when the order is sent (shipped within 24-48 hours, after receipt of payment).
Can I track my order?
Yes! We automatically provide you with a tracking number when you purchase. If you have not received it within 5 days, please contact our customer service.
My tracking number is not active
Please note that there is an order processing time of 24 to 72 hours and the tracking number is only provided at the time of shipment. In high demand, updating tracking numbers on servers may take a little time. In some cases, the tracking number may take up to 10 days to be active.
I did not receive my order
A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken, destroyed package?
With our secure delivery, Cervi-Care® takes care of disputes for you. The satisfaction of our customers is our priority. We don't blame the carrier for letting you fend for yourself. We take full responsibility for resending you a new package immediately at our expense.

Are there any taxes or customs charges?
Our prices are inclusive of VAT for Europe.
For countries outside Europe, customs charges and taxes remain the responsibility of the buyer. In theory, they will be billed to you by the delivery person upon delivery. In general, low value packages are not taxed. We suggest that you check with the competent authorities in your country for more information.
What are your guarantees?
We offer you a Money Back Guarantee 30 days on all your purchases. If ever a product reaches you defective, we will reship one to you free of charge.
Is Cervi-Care.com a secure site for shopping?
Yes! Our site is secured by SSL encryption technology (represented by the small green padlock to the left of the address) and payments are made on a dedicated ultra secure server.
What types of payments are accepted?
You can pay for your purchases by Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. We do not accept checks at this time.
Where do your products come from?
We work with many suppliers around the world (Europe, China, USA) that we select scrupulously to guarantee the quality and ethics of our products.
How can I order a product?
We make your purchases as easy as possible.

- Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right (your "shopping cart") to finalize your purchases
We also offer the possibility to create an account in order to make the process further simpler.
Can I combine my discount codes?
No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one unique discount code per order.
Is it possible to modify or cancel my order?
We can cancel or modify an order if you contact us within 24 hours. In some cases, the order will have already been prepared and shipped and it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.
What size to choose for a posture corrector?
Some models are one size, others have a size chart. Check for each product in the characteristics at the end of the description. The different models offered are small.
How can I access my customer account?
You can access your personal space by clicking on "Account" in the menu (top left icon), or top right under the basket for the desktop version of the site. You will then be prompted to log in with your credentials.
I can't log into my account
Please check that you are using the e-mail address linked to the creation of your account and that you have created an account and a password for the website.
If you did not create an account when finalizing your order, you must create a password to access your customer area. You can create your access here.

How can I see the total of my loyalty points and how do I use them?
Go to the Loyalty program of Cervi-Care®. You will be prompted to log into your customer account if you haven't already done so.
You can then see your total loyalty points by activating the widget. This can be activated by clicking on “get a reward” for example or on one of the icons on the page. The sum of your loyalty points appears at the top right of the widget.
You can then choose a reduction voucher among those offered and available according to the number of your points by clicking on "Redeem".
Return and Refund
My package is lost or I received a defective product
If your package is lost (when tracking is no longer active, it is rare but it can happen!) or the products are defective, we will reship a package free of charge or we will refund your full payment. In the event of a defective product upon receipt, we need a photo taken within 24 hours in order to be able to reship a package to you.
I am not satisfied with the product and would like to return it
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase upon receipt of your package, we invite you to return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date, and we will refund your full payment.
Return costs are your responsibility but reimbursement solutions exist depending on the payment provider you chose during your purchase (if you paid with Paypal or with certain Visa and Mastercard Gold cards , the return costs will be reimbursed to you by the latter).
In any case, we invite you to contact our customer service in order to find the best solution before any reshipment.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the condition you received it. It must be new and in the original packaging with all its accessories.
For returns over 75 €, we suggest you take out insurance and in all cases, follow-up parcel. Otherwise, we will not be able to refund you in the event of loss of your package.
I made the wrong size, is it possible to make an exchange?
All of our posture correctors come with a size guide to help our friendly customers avoid this kind of inconvenience. You will find the information in the characteristics at the end of each product description.
It is also good to know that a posture corrector tightens to be effective.
If the size is really not suitable, you can return it to us but the return costs are your responsibility. Upon receipt of your return, we will send you the desired size.
We also suggest that you contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to find an alternative solution.
