Return and refund


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the receipt of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and in the same condition you received it, unwashed. It must also be in the original packaging with its accessories, instructions and documentation.

Attention! It is not possible to return the following items: sealed items that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed by you after delivery.

In the event that your package is lost (tracking is no longer active) or the products are defective, we will reship a package free of charge or we will refund your full payment.


To make a return, you must contact us first at clients@cervi-care.com and present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given: (if applicable)


* Any item that is not in its original condition, which is damaged or has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Next, contact your credit card issuing entity, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially displayed.

Then, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

If after completing all of these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at clients@cervi-care.com.


Sale Items (if applicable)

Refunds only on regular priced items. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged upon receipt. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at clients@cervi-care.com


Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift upon purchase and if sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item was not identified as a gift during purchase, or if the donor of the gift preferred to receive the item first to give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver of the gift and they will know that you have returned the item.


Shipping

To return a product, you must send it by post to the address given to you by e-mail after contacting customer service. Warning ! Please include your order number in the return and specify if this is an exchange or refund request.


You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the delivery charge may be deducted from it. Returns are free with Pay-Pal .


Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary. We will process your request upon receipt of your return.


If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider to take out a delivery insurance. In all cases, use a delivery service that allows the shipment to be tracked. Otherwise, we will not be able to reimburse you for the loss of your package.
