Return policy and delivery
Delivery is free no matter where the delivery is made everywhere in Europe (except DOM-TOM), Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Bresil, Australia and New-zealand.
Orders are processed and shipped within 24h-48h after receipt of payment.
A tracking number is provided for each shipment.
Estimated delivery time is 5 to 14 working days. The delivery time starts when the order is sent. Working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Times can sometimes be up to 20 working days depending on the destination and carrier (exceptional case).
We do not offer express delivery at the moment.
If your package is damaged, lost or the products are defective, we will reship a package free of charge or we will refund your payment in full.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since we received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and in the same condition as you received it, unwashed. It must also be in the original packaging with its accessories, instructions and documentation.
Warning! It is not possible to return the following items: sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by you after delivery.
In case your package is lost (tracking is no longer active) or the products are faulty, we will resend a package free of charge or refund your payment in full.
To make a return, you must first contact us at email@example.com and present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be given: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has certain parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace an item only if it is defective or damaged at the time of receipt. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to email@example.com
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.
To return a product, you must send it by mail to the address given to you by e-mail once you contact customer service.
Please include your order number in the return and specify if this is an exchange or refund request.
It will be your responsibility to pay the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs can be deducted from it. Returns are free of charge with Pay-Pal.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than 75$, you should consider taking out delivery insurance.
In all cases, use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment. Otherwise, we will not be able to refund you in case of loss of your package.
